I was googling free plans for a gardening pyramid today and came across RunnerDuck.com.  They also had free simple plans for a classic children's gift that can be made very inexpensively, The Flower Press. You could customize the top of the flower press with pressed flowers to make it extra special.

I always love these simple gifts that can inspire creativity.
